Mp3 to Podcast

I would like to listen to some Mp3 files on Podcast. I have found them in Music, but it will not allow me to change the media type from Music to Podcast. Any suggestions?

The new Podcasts app in Catalina doesn't have a way to accept content transferred from Music by changing the media kind, nor can you directly import locally stored media files to have them treated as podcasts.
