iPhone 11 Dual SIM function

I recently bought an iPhone 11 in Australia and I was looking forward to using the Dual SIM function. As I frequently travel between Australia and Hong Kong, I have two Nano SIM cards. I realised that although the Hong Kong iPhones have 2 Nano SIM slots, the Australian iPhone only has 1 slot for a Nano SIM and another rectangular slot for the eSIM. Is it possible to change the SIM frame of the Australian iPhone so I can slot both Nano SIMs in?
