My iPhone X doesnt work on 1x but it works on 2x very well. i reset settings, forced to restart, cleared lenses but these are didnt help. i cant take pictures on 1x its so annoying. What should i do? any ideas?

first thank you for your interest
no it doesnt work in other apps too. when camera on 1x cant focus, just blurry but when on 2x it focus normally. it didnt make sense. im using version 13.3. and i can take photos and send if it helps.

Thanks for the additional information. It appears the camera is unable to focus when not zooming.
The next best thing to do is to see if it might be software-related by removing the software and adding it back:
