See I faced same problem but I solved it.

Firstly bhim requires continuous connection to internet. What happened in my case was that I have a BSNL 4g sim. Now to send text message for verification it switches to ‘G’ from ‘4g’. During this duration there is a break from internet and hence verification is verified. Second interruption is when money gets deducted for sending text message and a notification pops up.

solution - I switched over to 2G in settings and stated verification process. In first two attempts notification of 1 ₹ getting deducted for text message interrupted it. But in third attempt the notification took some time and by then my number got verified as there was no break in internet.

I hope this is of some help

To my knowledge, ther's no such option (Application Manager) on iPhones settings, unless it is under Settings>Bhim...

Have you already tried to delete that app, restart your device, then redownload / reinstall it again?

Unfortunately, I don't use that 3rd party app, and I can't be more helpful, sorry. But contacting their support team you should be able to get an appropriate answer.

Regards and best of luck.
