iPhone 11 Pro Max BRIGHT GREEN SCREEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just bought iPhone 11 Pro Max (Gold) today at and after checking at shop. There is nothing wrong until I came back my home and playing for 10 mins the screen turned to Bright Green Screen and couldn't see anything on the screen although I tried to restore through iTune or Reboot but still the same. What the new iPhone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! within 1 day. Why I have to waste my time to go to iCare and check maybe fix and have to wait for 5-7 days !!!!
