Reached limit on apps when I haven’t used them
I logged into my account (it has time limits) and all apps say that I reached my limit on them. I JUST WANTED TO USE PHOTOSHOP AND CHROME. Halp!

Is there a limit set for "All Apps and Categories"?
Are you subject to limits from someone above you?
