I used to be able to find a list of my posts when I visited my profile page here.
I now see that I can access at least my recent posts under "My Subscriptions"
I have not asked a question to Apple Communities for several years.
Anyone know where I can go to see my older posts?

Ever since they changed the underlying software that runs the forum, finding one's old posts has been nigh impossible any other way.

You can try doing a Google search:
site:discussions.apple.com Eric M Colvin
Use Google's search tools to adjust the date ranges to suit.
