Software update
My iPad won’t let me update it to iPadOS 13.3. It keeps telling me there is an error.

If you have a 2013, 1st gen iPad Air and it is still running iOS 10, you will need to connect that iPad to a computer,connected to the Internet, running the latest iTunes, to do the iPad upgrade to iOS 12.4.x.
A 1st gen iPad Air cannot run the newest iPadOS 13.
