Software update

My iPad won’t let me update it to iPadOS 13.3. It keeps telling me there is an error.

iPad Air, iOS 10

If you have a 2013, 1st gen iPad Air and it is still running iOS 10, you will need to connect that iPad to a computer,connected to the Internet, running the latest iTunes, to do the iPad upgrade to iOS 12.4.x.

A 1st gen iPad Air cannot run the newest iPadOS 13.

If you have the original iPad Air, you can’t upgrade to iOS 13 anyway. It will only upgrade to the latest point update of iOS 12.
