Does Siri speak and listen with the same accent? Say I want to turn on Siri for the first time, but want it to speak to me in an Irish accent. Will Siri recognize my voice better if I speak the same accent, or can I speak an American accent and it will recognize my commands just as well?

Siri listens based on the language you chose in Siri & Search>Language. Siri talks based on the voice you select in Siri & Search>Siri Voice.
I have Siri set to English (U.S.) but have a the voice set to British (Male). We get along just fine.
