Forgot Security Question
I forgot my security questions, and because of this I can’t turn on 2 step Verification until I verify at least 1 security question. Is there any other way to get past this?

Try using Apple's iForgot service.
If it says they don't have sufficient information, you need to contact Apple's Account Security team. To reach them, click here and pick a method; if you can't use any of the ones listed, fill out and submit this form.
You may need to wait a few days after having the questions reset before you can enable two-step verification.
