Why is my phone saying no service ALL THE TIME?!

My phone keeps saying I have no service and I do.

iPhone 7, iOS 13

Start following all the steps provided here:--> If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If the issue stiull persists, see if your iphone is eligible for this repair program:--> iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues - Apple Support
