I see that you're showing a future date for one of your apps and the last time it was used. I understand your concern, and I'd be happy to look into this with you.
Let's have you force close your settings, and then restart your iPhone. After restarting go back into your settings and see if the issue remains.

Also, if you open the Photos app, does it change the date?
