App to monitor wifi camera video feeds on cellular data or other wifi network

Hi,

I have two HoSafe wifi cameras (classified as IP cameras) on our home wifi network. Even after contacting HoSafe, I cannot find a solution...

I would like to find an iPhone App that can connect to these camera feeds via wifi OR via cellular data (3G/LTE) so I can see the video feeds. With their app, I can only view the video feeds when on our home wifi network (not when at work, for example).

Can any one recommend an App that will work?
