Using AppleTV 4k with a Logitech Harmony One universal remote

I have an AppleTV 4K and a Logitech Harmony One remote. I am able to do most everything with the Harmony remote, except the TV button, the long press to activate control center and the double press to activate the app switcher. The Harmony software from Logitech does not have this button as part of its available commands to use (I know this is a long standing oversight by Logitech). But also, I have tried to use the Learn Remote feature in the AppleTV settings, but while the Up button learns just fine, the down button says the button is already in use. I have also tried to use the AppleTV black remote to teach the Harmony remote the IR command, but it would seem the command is sending via Bluetooth when I hit the TV button on the Apple remote, as the Harmony remote never receives an IR command.

Has anyone been able to get the TV button working with a Logitech Harmony remote?

My Logitech Harmony One has no problems at all supporting my Apple TV 4K. Are you using the Logitech app to program the remote, if you are not you are not programming the remote correctly. Please navigate to:
