No camera shutter sound on iPhone 11

I'm running iOS13.3 on my iPhone 11. Ring/Alert volume is on and the Ring/Silent switch is in the up (ringer on) position. Still no camera shutter sound. What am I missing??

Unwanted camera silence in iPhone XR I am unable to get the camera to ‘click’ when the shutter is pressed. I've googled and confirmed that the volume is up, the mute button is off, and Live is off. Other sounds (ringtone, lock screen etc) all work as expected. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why there is no sound with the camera? Camera shutter sound Why My iPhone 11pro camera shutter sound won't turn off even after muting with the physical ringer switch or turning the volume all the way down? please help me out shutter sound is really annoying.

I also checked Live Photo. It is off; I never use it.
