Set up iTunes but still won't let me watch apple tv shows ?????

I have the apple tv app still can't watch anything it won't let me in still saying I need to setup iTunes I did it

If you just created an Apple ID account, then you would have to confirm it by reacting with a code that is send to you.

If you just created an Apple ID account, then you would need to fill in all the personal details, such as billing address and payment method.
