Battery life
Does turning off my iPhone before bed and turning it on in the morning help extending battery life in the long term?!

I'm no expert on that but I doubt it, just based on the fact that if I charge my phone to 100% before bed, unplug it, and leave it turned on all night, it is still at 100% in the morning.
