If you haven't already, the first recommendation to addressing your issue is to go through the steps outlined in If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support.
Should you be unable to resolve the sound issue with those steps, you should make a reservation to take your iPhone into an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and have it inspected: Apple - Find Locations. Once a Genius or Apple-certified technician has had a chance to look at the phone, they can let you know what options are available to resolve it, and whether the solutions will be covered by your warranty.
