Need Help restoring calendars from iCloud on iPhone

Not helpful again Apple not calling & by email not response here. That’s the problem it’s been days trying to get help getting zero from Apple click a link isn’t helpful!

“Need Help restoring calendars from iCloud on iPhone using MacBook Air. Bought new iPhone & all my calendar events since bought it are not synced with iCloud across devices. Trying to fix this lost months data in calendar on iPhone. Apple sent this in email “Here is that link to restore your iCloud data from iCloud.com”, trying & can’t find way to do what it says?

To restore your missing calendars: 

1. Sign in to iCloud.com.
2. Click Settings.
3. Scroll down and click Restore Calendars and Reminders under Advanced.

***CAN’T FIND THIS??***

1. Click Restore next to the date before you deleted your calendars. 
2. Click Restore again to confirm. After the restore completes, you'll get a notification on iCloud.com and an email to the address on file with your Apple ID.”

I need to attempt to restore previous iPhone calendar through iCloud but I see no Restore Calendars. New iPhone XR & all other devices were synced up correctly but noticed changes happen after iOS update. Causing loss of month of daily events on calendar on other devices that should have all been synced with iCloud from iPhone XR. When I contacted Apple first time calendar events on iPhone XR were different then other devices. All calendar events on all devices should have been synced since sync all events was enabled on calendar on all devices & calendar was enabled in iCloud under same Apple ID & all devices had same default calendar. Yet still lost all of December’s calendar events. For me this was about 20-30 everyday in month December 2019 that are missing. It’s also not the first time iCloud had made me lose calendar events on devices. It’s not reliable even if you did not change settings & they are set correctly. Apple just isn’t helpful & links to Apple support online isn’t helping me.
