It is telling me to pair my watch when watch is already paired and receiving messages

You can explain that to Apple, however a cracked screen is generally considered user damage and is not covered under warranty.
My apple watch screen is cracked and it won’t let me erase everything. It also is receiving messages but is telling me on my app that my watch needs to be paired
