iMovie on my MacBook Air

I’m trying to download iMovie on my 2015 MacBook but it says my OS X version 10.14.6 or later is required. I’m pretty sure my MacBook is up to date. I’m very upset because I was really looking forward to getting iMovie.

Click on Apple Logo/My Mac and confirm what version of operating system you are using. To download current iMovie you must have 10.14.6 or later on your computer. If you don't have 10.14.6 you need to update or upgrade to it or to Catalina 10.15. Then you should be able to download iMovie on your 2015 MacBook. However, iMovie should have come bundled with your MacBook. Have you checked the Applications folder to see if it is there?
