Face recognition has stopped working after a video was made for 10 seconds inside a pool depth less then a meter. Kindly advise if Face ID can be fixed.

Make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service provider for it to be examined. No way for anyone here to know if it can be fixed, without having the device in our hands. Besides, this is a user to user support forum and Apple does not participate here.
