Facetime on Dubai iPhone

I bought an iPhone 11 Pro max from Dubai and now I moved to Bangladesh.

I understand that Dubai is restricted country for any kinds of apps that made voice or video call.

But Bangladesh have no restriction here. Is there any option to get the facetime here in Bangladesh?

Apple should looked that option .
