Scan for Malware & Check Battery Health:

You’ll never get a virus on it, though malware may come about. Battery Health, if anything, is of major concern here. So, ...

  • Scan for Malware:

Try scan your iPhone for Malware . Download the free version on the App Store. If something is found rid of it from the list, then remove it from your quarantine.

  • Verify your Battery Health:

Go Into: Settings > Battery > Battery Health > Check: Maximum Capacity and Peak Performance Capability

Contact Apple Support:

Not that I am aware of. Probably having a direct chat with an Apple Rep would be best from here. Go to: Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support. Proceed from there as necessary.

Take a screenshot of this message or perform a screensharing session with the Apple Rep on the phone. You would get a prompt from the Apple Rep, and run them through all of this.

That way, the Apple Rep can see this message from your perspective. Next time it pops up, take a snapshot of it for you to refer to. Go Here: Take a screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support
