What country is used on the Ariel view

There’s more than one country. Some are space station views, in those it will tell you which country it’s moving over

• While the location is playing, just tap the Touch surface on your Apple TV Remote.
• While an Aerial is playing, you can switch between locations on your Apple TV. Just swipe right or left on the Touch surface of your Apple TV Remote.

A caption with the location/description should appear briefly after a screensaver starts. Here are listed the screensavers:

You can tap on the remote's touchpad while the screensaver is displayed to see it's location

There was no mention of that in the original post, so we had no way of knowing. If you're in that situation again you can try looking it up online or ask, otherwise you would need the remote
