Facetime, on Iphone X from Dubai (ios 13.3)

I bought an iphone x from dubai a year ago. But i don’t live there, and i cant download facetime. Can i do something?

FaceTime will not be available on that phone. If FaceTime is an important option for you, then you need a phone from a region where FaceTime is not banned or restricted.

The only thing you can do is buy a new phone from an area where FaceTime is not restricted. You will never get FaceTime on that phone.
