Apple Pencil connection

It’s been a long time that I am trying to connect my Apple Pencil (First generation)with the iPad (Pro first generation ) it’s just plug in it connect but after a few seconds it’s says not connected does anyone have the same issue or anyone have any solution?

The Pencil battery may be flat (or perhaps dead). Try leaving your Pencil plugged-in to your iPad for some time to see if the battery recovers.


If the battery is completely dead (as frequently occurs if the Pencil is left for a long period without being recharged), then the only remedy will be replacement of the Pencil. Unfortunately, other than the pencil-tip, no other components or the battery are replaceable.
