Why should I continue to pay $4.99 a month to itunes when, for whatever reason they can't get my phone to connect to my iphone7.

Is there anyone who can help iTunes figure out how to make my iphone7 connect to too iTunes. I'm paying $4.99 per month, & iTunes can't figure out how to make my iphone7 visible, or they can't install Mobile Device Drivers!

Perhaps you're paying that amount of money for a subscription, and you're paying it to iTunes Store.

If you're talking about the iTunes app for computers, that's a different thing.

Coming back to your connection problem: have you already tried all the steps provided in this support article?
