Change the skintone of people emojis all at once

Is there a way to change the skintone of people emojis all at once (the ones that can be changed anyway), without doing so individually?

Emoji Skin Tones - Default Can I select a default skin tone for my emoji? Why does apple assume I want to keep them all the one skin tone and change them 1 by 1? I understand that the circle face or Original smiley faces can’t be changed but I want to make all of the others one skin tone (of my choosing) and change them to fit the text if needed.

Can Apple allow emojis to default to preferred skin tones? Can Apple please, please allow users the ability to have emojis default to a person’s preferred skin tone? It’s a bit of work to have to set each one and doesn’t work with predictive texts.

Any people emoji you haven't used yet always defaults to the orange skin. However, after you select the one you prefer, it goes to your "Favorites" list where you can select it directly.
