Can't get rid of Trusteer Rapport

Trusteer Rapport Uninstall does not work. The message is: “Uninstall Rapport” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. I have gone to the support web site and there is no information about the message or how to update, unless I download an update through my bank. My bank is not on the list and I have considered just saying I belong to one of the banks on the list, but I'm weary. Any assistance would is appreciated. I'm running Catalina 10.15.2
