Screen Lag iPhone X

Hi, actually all normal with my screen, but the bad things happened after i updates my iOS to iOS 13.3. When i try to unlock my screen, its become hang and not responsive. Otherwise, i can’t swipe to change to camera or flash (in lock condition) but sometimes, the lock screen become normal again. What should i do ?!
