Screen says Iphone Is Disabled even though i never try to unlock it and it never get to a point where i can even try to enter the password.. what to do? I don’t have a computer so i can’t connect to Itunes.. I just want to be able to unlock it again even if i have to erase all data inside. Please help!

You need a computer running iTunes. If your don't have a computer, borrow one from your friends, or ask for help at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider.
Then follow these instructions:--> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If you can't restore iOS using iTunes, then your only other option is to erase it using Find My iPhone.
