There is only one brand of Apple watch. That brand being Apple.
If you mean a band, the thing that goes around your wrist, then you can order one from the Apple Online store for your country and have it delivered. The U.S store only delivers within the U.S., the U.K store only within the U.K etc...
Cyprus does not appear to have an Apple Online store however, you would need to find an online seller that will ship to you.
Maybe Amazon or a local store in Cyprus.
