iPod Shuffle contents not shown in Music on Catalina
Since installing Catalina, using the Music app, the contents of my iPod Shuffle are not shown:
This makes it hard to know what is on the device, or to edit the contents.
Is the better solution to roll back to an earlier version of macOS, or to switch to a non-Apple music player/service?
I know mine is a very old device. It is too bad Apple’s software is not as dependable as its hardware. I saw this image today, so I know its not just us old dudes who continue to use dependable old hardware:
