AM / PM time indicator for Apple Watch display

Is there any way to set an AM / PM time indicator for Apple Watch display when using 12 hour time?

Time of day is not shown on Workout display On my Apple Watch Series 7, on the Workout display the time of day is not shown in the upper right corner of the face. On my wife's Watch (also Series 7) the time is shown. I can't find a setting to control this. Does anyone know where I can turn the time of day back on here?

It probably depends on the particular watch face you're using. You might also try searching for third party complications that show am/pm.
