refund of giftcard

How do I go about getting a refund on my App Store & iTunes gift card? Or how can I transfer funds to my virtual Apple cash card (i.e. Apple Pay) in my iPhone wallet?

You can't transfer it, and in terms of a potential refund see towards the bottom of : View your Apple ID balance - Apple Support
