Same video two apple tv devices

Is it possible to send video from my ipad pro (or iPhone) to multiple Apple TV devices using airplay? Essentially I'm trying to simultaneously show the same music video on more than one TV with the audio in synch on the TVs.

Airplay iPad to Apple TV I often screen mirror from my iPad to my Apple TV and then play video content in VLC, a message would appear on the iPad to let me know the video is playing on the TV, and the video would play out with audio on the Apple TV. I have just bought a new Apple TV, and have tried to recreate the above, but instead of the video playing out on the Apple TV instead it displays a message advising that "this video is playing on the tv" the same message displayed on the iPad. It is the same if I try and Airplay from my iPhone. Any ideas?

No. AirPlay of video content can be send to one device.
