You need to restore the backup of your old phone to the new one. Not just sync it.

What is the problem with that?
That´s the problem, I think i´ve done just about everything and only have contacts and music. I plugged in to my PC updated and nothing.
I put my SIM card, plugged in to PC, synced my phone, updated phone to newest version and all I´m able to get on my phone are the contacts and my music.
Unless you can explain what's happening, we can't help you.
