Accidentally removed ECG App from watch instead of closing it. How do I get it back? Do I synch wit iPhone X, or te-install? My Apple Watch is series - watchOS 6.1.1

AppleWatch Series 4 - WatchOS 6.1.1 - iPhone X - Accidentally removed ECG (ElectroCardiogram) app from watch instead of closing it.

How do I restore it?

You can go to the app store on your watch or Watch app on your phone to go the watch app store. Search ecg. Then scroll and scroll and scroll until you see where you can download it again.
