9.2 Genius Mix problem

When I use genius mix on 9.2, it plays only one song and keeps repeating it. Why is the button to fix this on the bottom left gray and unresponsive? Also how do I view the entire mix selected?

iMac and MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.3), Time Capsule network
