Balance credit on Apple Music

Previously, when I opened the store page, I could see the balance to my account on one corner. This has now disappeared. Where and how can I see it?

iTunes Music order does not use existing balance I have a balance at iTunes/Music. In the billing and accounts area of iTunes, it indicates that this balance will be used prior to charging the account credit card. I placed an order and the credit card was charged. The existing balance was not changed. It seems that I can't spend the existing balance.
