It's not possible to tell what you are talking about. What font? What download? Normally if you want to add fonts to an iPhone you use an app like AnyFont. Whether that costs something you find out directly by yourself in the App Store. Some fonts you may have to pay for, and you find that out by yourself at the place where you get them from.

Perhaps...to which source are you inquiring?

I personally am not aware of downloading fonts to iOS.

It's been a standard feature via an app since at least iOS 9 I think.
