See Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support, then If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support if warranted.

Accounts don't get 'suspended', they can either be locked or disabled - is it actually one of those ?
