Can I recover my deleted telegram messages from iCloud

It looks like you have questions about restoring some data that was deleted from your device.  I’d be happy to take a look with you!

First, if this is related to an app that you have installed on your device, you may need to contact the developer for assistance with restoring any chats: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

If your question is in regard to Messages on your device, that would depend on how you’re saving your Messages.  If you have Messages in iCloud enabled, the message is deleted on all of your devices and is not contained within a backup.  Therefore, you’d be unable to get that message back.  If you’re not sure if that’s enabled, check out: Keep all your messages in iCloud - Apple Support

If you don’t have that feature enabled, but you back up your device, you’d need to restore a backup that has the message that was deleted on your device.  You’d want to select the appropriate backup here for steps on how to do that: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
