From the BlueTooth icon in the upper right menu bar, hold the shift option key to click open BT>Debug
here you can reset, and try again.

Please provide system details including model/year computer and what make model keyboard you are talking about. Is this an external keyboard or your internal keyboard? What steps did you follow?
