Keyboard is not showing up in the devices list

I followed all the steps listed by the support website but still unable to connect my key board. Keyboard

is not showing up in the devices list.

From the BlueTooth icon in the upper right menu bar, hold the shift option key to click open BT>Debug

here you can reset, and try again.

Please provide system details including model/year computer and what make model keyboard you are talking about. Is this an external keyboard or your internal keyboard? What steps did you follow?
