itunes and app store unknown charges/subscription

I have been charged by itunes and app store for many years, a $5.38 purchase every month and I can't seem to figure out what it is and how to cancel it. When I sign in with apple ID I don't see any subscriptions. I don't know how to get my money back for something I have never used or don't use at all.
