Apple iPhone activity friends
I updated my Apple iPhone and now my friends can´t see my rings activities and I don't see them, they just don´t refresh and appear as 0%. I can see them on my Apple watch.What can I do?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you’re having difficulty with your Activity rings syncing from your Apple Watch to your iPhone, thus allowing your friends to share in your accomplishments. I had this exact same concern just yesterday.
I was able to resolve the issue by unpairing and pairing my Apple Watch. You should find the instructions on how to both in the Apple Watch User Guide:
