Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you’re asking if the person who blocked you can still see the notes from the Notes app on your iPhone that you have previously shared with them. Does this sound right?
If so, the short answer is yes, they can still see your notes. When you block someone it blocks numbers, contacts, and/or emails from Phone, FaceTime, Messages, and Mail. The block isn’t going to impact shared notes.
