My Paypal account registered for NL and I'm well able to use in any paypal supported payment system. But it's awkward I'm keep getting this error and not sure why it is. There is no proper explanation in the given error below.
Does anybody know why this can be?
My Itunes account registered for NL as well.

This payment method can't be used with the iTunes Store. Try using another payment method.
