There is no hole for the sim card on my Ipad Air 2. How do I get out?
The Ipad wont' turn on I think the battery is dead. I need to tke the sim card out to send it in for repair I am not close to an Apple store. Thanks

The SIM card on an iPad Air 2 is on near the bottom on the right side. Note that if it is a wi-fi only model it will not have a SIM tray, card, or hole.

What is the model number shown in Settings > About?
If you can’t find an eject “hole”, with which to release the SIM carrier, I’d lay short odds that you in fact have a WiFi Only iPad!
